Whats included ?
Complete revision and contact of all suppliers booked from client list , 2 weeks before event and flagging of potential logistical problems.
- 8 hours co ordination on the wedding day .. timings to be agreed with the client
- Managing arrival and departure of all suppliers
- Overseeing wedding set up and decoration
- Managing timelines
- Co ordinating Arrivals and event start times with guests and wedding party
- Managing guest movement through out the day
- Co ordinating with venue meal timings ,set up and speeches
- Trouble shooting throughout the event
- Managing finish times and transport (providing this occurs within the 8 hours contracted)
Notes
If Extra hours are deemed necessary then they are to be pre agreed with the client at the event and charged at 120€+IVA per hour ( to be billed after the event.)
