- 6 months to 1 year full planning service
- Bespoke wedding plan
- Bespoke budget plan
- Transparent prices
- Planner will be contracted to supply best prices possible for all services contracted
- Full menu tasting (venue permitting)
- Arrangement of pre and post wedding evento
- On arrival in Ibiza before the event
- Complete Bride and Groom care on arrival , including pick up from airport if desired.
- Wedding dress care.. steaming etc
- Secure storage of wedding décor items
- The day of the event
Complete coordination of event to include:
- Decoration and set up of event
- Venue check
- Management of timings
- Care of suppliers including payments
- Care of guests
- Troubleshooting
After event
- Return of any lost property from the wedding
- Organisation of post wedding events
Notes
We will be on call during the wedding until the last guest has left the event, we will also assume responsibility of making sure the venue is returned to pre event standard assuming there is no irreparable damage.
